Kazera Global PLC - mining-focused investment company - Announces that Gerard Kisbey-Green is stepping down from his role as non-executive chair of the company to pursue other interests. His resignation becomes effective on September 25, after which Chief Executive Officer Dennis Edmonds will assume the role alongside his current responsibilities.
