Accsys Technologies PLC - London-based wood building products manufacturer - Interim Chief Financial Officer Hans Pauli is appointed as an executive director with effect from Thursday. Pauli was named interim CFO in May whilst a search was underway to replace previous CFO, Steven Salo. ‘While the search for a permanent CFO is well underway, the board believes it would be prudent to appoint Hans as an executive director....in order to provide continuity for the business,’ company says.
