OSB Group PLC - Chatham, England-based mortgage lender, formerly known as OneSavings Bank - Appoints Victoria Hyde to the board as chief financial officer & executive director, with effect from Monday, July 22. Hyde has also been appointed as executive director & CFO of OneSavings Bank PLC and Charter Court Financial Services Ltd, also effective from Monday. OSB is promoting Hyde from her prior role as deputy CFO, which she took up in 2022. She previously worked at Barclays PLC for 21 years, most recently as finance director for its consumer, cards and payments businesses.
