Kibo Energy PLC - Galway, Ireland-based company with energy projects in Africa and UK - Converts £263,334 of debt into equity at a 0.0084 pence per share. Of this, Non-Executive Director Clive Roberts is issued 1.62 billion shares for a £136,088 loan. In addition, former CEO Louis Coetzee converts £243,244 in outstanding remuneration to shares at the same price. As part of its placing of 4.17 billion new shares at the same 0.0084p price, Kibo issues 2.38 billion shares in tranche two. Tranche one has been settled. Raises £350,000 in total from investor Peter Sion Williams. The 4.17 billion shares that Williams now will hold represent a 28% stake.
