Ascential says Effie will join its Lions division, which promotes creative marketing. It doesn’t disclose financial terms. Ascential also will form a long-term partnership with Effie Worldwide Inc, a not-for-profit organisation. Together, they will form the Effie Lions Foundation Inc to provide marketing education.
