British Smaller Cos VCT PLC and VCT2 PLC - venture capital trusts investing in UK companies across broad range of sectors - The two VCTs plan a combined share subscription offer for the 2024-25 UK tax year, which ends in April. Details will be provided in ‘due course’. In the meantime, VCT reports net asset value of 83.50 pence per share on June 30, while VCT2 has NAV of 57.50p per share.
