Apax Global Alpha Ltd - closed-ended investment company providing access to Apax private equity funds - Invests €29 million in Veriforce LLC on a look-through basis via Apax XI Fund, which has agreed to buy a controlling stake in the Woodlands, Texas-based supply chain risk management solutions provider. Apax notes that Veriforce serves 1,300 clients in more than 140 countries from hubs in the US, Canada and the UK. Apax Global Alpha committed about $700 million to Apax XI back in June 2022.
