Greencore Group PLC - Dublin-based producer of convenience foods - Increases current share buyback programme by £10 million to £40 million. Says the buyback is part of the £50 million plan it announced back in May and to be completed by May 2025. The initial £30 million buyback programme has been largely completed, Greencore says, meaning buybacks has totalled £80 million since May 2022. It also intends to declare a cash dividend for the financial year ending next month.
