Regional REIT Ltd - London-based commercial property investor - As per October 11 announcement, ESR Europe Investment Management Ltd replaces Toscafund Asset Management LLP as alternative investment fund manager. Says ESR was authorized by the Financial Conduct Authority on August 1 to act as AIFM. In October, ARA Europe Private Markets Ltd, since renamed ESR Europe Private Markets Ltd, purchased the investment management contract from Toscafund.
