Home REIT PLC - London-based real estate company, which invests in social housing across the UK - At a series of public auctions held on Thursday, sells 101 properties for gross proceeds of £18.5 million, representing about 6.6% of Home REIT’s portfolio by value. Sale proceeds will be used to reduce borrowings and provide working capital, the company says.
