Mosman Oil & Gas Ltd - Millers Point, Australia-based helium, hydrogen and hydrocarbon exploration, development and production company - Says is ‘nearing completion’ of the $1.8 million sale of its 13% its interest in Texas-focused oil and gas producer Nadsoilco LLC. Nadsoilco owns a working interest in a number of US projects including Stanley, Greater Stanley alongside all of Mosman’s interests in the Winters leases in Polk County, Texas. The target date for completion has been moved from September 3 to September 9, Mosman says.
