Schroder European Real Estate Investment Trust PLC - London and Johannesburg-listed property investor - Says unaudited net asset value per share falls to 122.6 euro cents for the third quarter that ended June 30 from 123.6 cents at March 31. This decline in NAV is driven by capital expenditure and deferred taxes, which were offset by a small property valuation increase. Underlying adjusted quarterly earnings from operational activities was up 4.8% in the third quarter to €2.0 million from €2.1 million in the same quarter last year.
