ALN

ITM Power PLC on Thursday named Amy Grey as its new chief financial officer, effective no later than early March next year.

The Sheffield, England-based company is a designer and manufacturer of electrolyser systems for green hydrogen production.

Grey joins from from Sheffield Forgemasters, where she has been serving as CFO and previously finance director. Before this, she held a range of senior management roles, including vice president of finance for Greenlane Renewables, a global provider of biogas upgrading systems.

Grey replaces Andy Allen, who will step down from the board on the same date. Allen will support Grey in making a smooth transition, and will assume a different role within the company.

‘I am delighted to welcome Amy to ITM as our CFO, following an extensive search to secure such a high-calibre appointee. She will be an excellent addition to the leadership team, and we look forward to working with Amy on the exciting growth ahead of us. Today, ITM is more capable than the company has ever been. I want to thank Andy for his significant contributions to getting ITM to this point and for supporting me closely in the transformation of the business during our recent 12-month plan. I am pleased that we can retain Andy in the business,’ said Chief Executive Officer Dennis Schulz.
