Molten Ventures PLC - London-based venture capital investor in high-growth technology companies - Says Numis Securities on its behalf purchased 82,211 shares at an average price of 413.18 pence each, on Monday in London. Transaction was pursuant to Molten Ventures’ £10 million share buyback programme, announced in late July. Company consequently confirms the completion of the programme, through which it has repurchased in total 2.6 million shares representing around 1.4% of its issued share capital.
