Pan African Resources PLC - Rosebank-headquartered gold producer - Promotes Marileen Kok to financial director, with effect from Tuesday. Kok replaces Deon Louw, who retired with effect from Monday. The gold producer first announced Kok’s appointment late in July. She joined Pan African as financial manager in January 2020.
