Beazley PLC - London-based specialist insurance underwriter, managing six Lloyd’s of London syndicates - Completes the $325 million share buyback programme that it launched back in March. A total of 37.3 million shares were bought back by Deutsche Numis, who conducted the buyback for Beazley.
