DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Judges Scientific non-exec follows CEO in selling

The following is a round-up of share dealings by London-listed company directors and managers announced this week and not separately reported by Alliance News:

Judges Scientific PLC - London-based investor in scientific instrument sector - Non-Executive Director Ralph Elman sells 25,791 shares at 9,400 pence, worth £2.4 million, on Tuesday. Elman now has 37,225 shares, a 0.6% stake. Last week, Chief Executive Officer David Cicurel sold 60,000 shares at 10,000 pence, worth £6.0 million.

Cranswick PLC - Hull, England-based food producer - Chief Operating Officer Christopher Aldersley sells 16,500 shares at 4,910p, worth £810,150, on Friday.

Alpha Group International PLC - London-based financial services including, currency risk management, mass payments and cash management for corporates and institutions - Non-Executive Chair Clive Kahn buys 25,000 shares at £22.07, worth £551,750, on Tuesday.

Big Technologies PLC - Hertfordshire, England-based remote people monitoring technology - COO Charles Lewinton sells 256,200 shares at average £1.24, worth £317,688, on Friday last week. Lewinton continues to hold 987,796 shares, a 0.3% stake. Big Technologies on Friday said it plans its maiden share buyback programme. It has contracted broker Zeus Capital Ltd to run the programme, buying up to 5.0 million shares, worth £5.9 million, by June 30 next year. Big Technologies also last week announced a tentative award by Riverside County in California for US subsidiary Buddi US LLC to provide electronic and alcohol monitoring equipment and services to the county. It didn’t provide financial details but said the award with ‘significantly increase sales’ in its US business.

Inchcape PLC - London-based provider of distribution services to original equipment manufacturers in automotive sector - Ruslan Kinebas, CEO of the Asia-Pacific region, sells 30,000 shares at £8.04, worth £241,324, on Monday.

Anglo American PLC - London-based miner - Non-Executive Director Ian Ashby buys 10,000 American Depositary Shares, representing 5,000 ordinary shares, at $15.32 and $16.33, worth $158,250, on Wednesday and Thursday last week.

Beazley PLC - London-based specialist insurance underwriter, managing six Lloyd’s of London syndicates - Director Fiona Muldoon buys 10,000 shares at 779.39p, worth £77,940, on Friday last week.
