Vargas now has 22.1 million shares, a 11.4% stake. ---------- SigmaRoc PLC - London-based lime and limestone products, including building materials - Jan van Beek, set to become chief financial officer, buys 92,000 shares at 68.7p, worth £63,240. The purchase represents Van Beek’s only holding. He is set to be promoted from deputy CFO to replace Garth Palmer in 2025. ---------- Gulf Keystone Petroleum Ltd - oil producer in Kurdistan Region of Iraq - Non-Executive Director Julien Balkany buys 50,000 shares at 113.72p, worth £56,861, on September 26.
