TI Fluid Systems PLC - Oxford, England-based maker of thermal management and fluid handling systems - Completes €40 million share buyback programme launched in October last year. Purchases 24.1 million shares, about 4.6% of its total, at average 141.79 pence. The shares will be cancelled. Earlier this month, TI Fluid Systems said it is ‘minded to recommend’ an improved takeover bid from Canadian rival ABC Technologies Inc. The 200p per share proposal values TI Fluid Systems at £993 million. ABC Technologies, which is backed by Apollo Management IX LP, has until November 8 to make a firm offer.
