Team17 Group PLC - Wakefield, England-based developer of video games - Appoints Rashid Varachia as chief financial officer and chief operating officer with immediate effect. Varachia replaces current CFO, Mark Crawford, who has stepped down to pursue other business interests. Varachia was previously CFO at game developer and publisher, Jagex Ltd. ‘I would like to welcome Rashid into the Team17 family. He is a proven CFO and experienced video games industry professional, who has consistently delivered growth and value to investors in the sector.
