Pennpetro Energy PLC - Texas-focused oil and gas company - Announces that Stephen Lunn has taken on the role of chair of the board with immediate effect. This follows David Lenigas’ resignation a director of Pennpetro with immediate effect, due to ‘his other business commitments’. Chief Executive Officer Tom Evans says: ‘I welcome Stephen to his new position as Chairman. His previous experience and knowledge of the company, more fully outlined in our RNS of September 25, 2024, means he is certainly hitting the ground running in helping us achieve the companies near and long term targets.
