IMI PLC - Birmingham, England-based engineering firm - Promotes Luke Grant to chief financial officer, succeeding Daniel Shook from July 25 next year. Shook will step down for ‘family reasons’, IMI says, after 10 years with the company. Grant himself has been with IMI for 11 years. He currently is vice president of finance for the Industrial Automation sector. Prior to this he was group financial controller and head of investor relations.
