Brooks Macdonald Group PLC - London-based wealth manager - Acquires CST Wealth Management Ltd, a Wales-based financial planning firm for an unspecified amount. It follows the group’s recent acquisitions of LIFT Financial Group Ltd and Lucas Fettes & Partners Financial Services Ltd. CST Wealth Management has around £170 million in assets under advice, and a base of around 500 clients. Chief Executive Officer Andrea Montague says: ‘CST Wealth Management is well known to our Cardiff team for their excellent client service.
