TI Fluid Systems PLC - Oxford, England-based maker of thermal management and fluid handling systems - Extends the deadline for ABC Technologies Inc to make a takeover offer to November 22 from November 8. TI Fluid Systems in October said it was ‘minded to recommend’ an improved takeover bid from the Canadian rival company, which is majority-owned by investment funds and managed by Apollo Management IX LP. ABC Technologies made a non-binding proposal for the takeover in October at 200 pence per share, but still has yet to make a formal offer.
