Avation PLC - Singapore-based commercial passenger aircraft leasing - Declares 0.5 pence per share final dividend for the financial year that ended on June 30. It will be Avation’s first annual dividend since financial 2020, when it paid 10.6 US cents per share. ‘We are pleased to return to paying a dividend to reward our shareholders,’ says Executive Chair Jeff Chatfield. ‘We will continue to consider the payment of dividends in the future as and when the performance of the company permits.’ Avation will hold its annual general meeting on December 19 in Singapore.
