Great Portland Estates PLC - London-based commercial property landlord - Dutch brewer Heineken NV signs a new 10-year lease to move from one Great Portland Estates property in central London to another. Heineken UK will move into the second floor of wells&more in Fitzrovia from nearby Elsley House early next year. The lease is for 17,000 square feet of space. Great Portland Estates provides no financial details of the agreement. It said Heineken’s move will free up space in Elsley House for five fully managed units. Heineken also is moving its Edinburgh offices, to St Andrew’s Square in the centre from Broadway Park on the outskirts.
