Capital & Regional PLC - London-based real estate investment trust focused on community shopping centres -Delists from the London Stock Exchange, with effect from Wednesday. The cancellation of shares on the LSE come after NewRiver REIT PLC formally acquired Capital & Regional on Friday last week following a court sanction. In September, Capital & Regional accepted the offer from NewRiver, valuing Capital & Regional at £147 million. Capital & Regional will delist from the Johannesburg Stock Exchange on December 27.
