Law Debenture Corp PLC - London-based investment trust that also provides independent governance and transactional support services - Fully buys Hackwood Secretaries Ltd, which has now been renamed LDCS Process Agent Ltd, from Linklaters LLP. The acquisition aims to boost the relationship between Law Debenture and Linklaters. Via the acquisition, Law Debenture ‘acquired the process agency business previously owned by Linklaters,’ the company says.
