Centrica PLC - Windsor, England-based energy provider and owner of British Gas - Starts £300 million share buyback extension, to be conducted by Goldman Sachs International and Merrill Lynch International. The buyback will take place over nine months from Friday to September 26. The extension of Centrica’s buyback programme was announced in a trading update earlier in the month.
