CLS Holdings PLC - London-based commercial property investment company - Secures 10-year lease with law firm Signature Litigation LLP for 29,816 square feet of office space in Fetter Lane, London. Says the letting was finalised at 2.3% higher than the latest estimated rental value. CLS Chief Executive Officer Fredrik Widlund says: ‘We are delighted to announce this significant lease agreement with a long-standing customer.
