Morgan Sindall Group PLC - London-based construction group - Says Chair Michael Findlay will retire on July 28 after nine years in post. Peter Harrison is appointed chair designate effective May 25, and will assume position as chair once Findlay retires. ‘It has been a privilege to lead Morgan Sindall’s board during a period when we have achieved significant growth, continued balance sheet strength and a high quality order book,’ says Findlay. David Lowden, senior independent director who led the appointment process, says: ‘I am delighted to welcome Peter as chair designate.
