Red Rock Resources PLC - London-based mining company focused on Africa and Australia - Says it has been engaged in talks to advance a framework deal with Koto DRC SARL, Red Rock’s Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo-based partner company. This comes ahead of a pending result of Red Rock’s arbitration case against the Congolese government. Red Rock has an invitation from the DRC head of state’s cabinet office to meet on January 22.
