Supermarket Income REIT PLC - London-based firm that invests in property leased to grocery retailers - Appoints Roger Blundell as a non-executive director, with immediate effect. Blundell is a qualified chartered accountant, with over 30 years of experience across a range of sectors including real estate and retail. He formerly served as chief financial officer of Grosvenor Property UK and Kensington Group PLC. ‘Roger’s appointment is made in line with the board’s succession plan, as detailed in the 2024 annual report,’ Chair Nick Hewson says. Supermarket Income started its secondary listing on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange on December 13.
