SSP Group PLC - London-headquartered operator of food outlets at travel locations and owner of Upper Crust brand - Says Deputy Chief Executive Officer & Chief Financial Officer Jonathan Davies intends to resign after 20 years with the company. Davies will remain on the board until September 30 and will continue his role as deputy CEO until the end of December. The group names Geert Verellen as CFO designate, to join the group in early April and to join the board from June 9. Verellen was CFO at Maple Leaf Foods Inc between 2020 and 2024, and was regional CFO at Walmart Inc from 2015 to 2019.
