Quadrise PLC - London-based energy technology provider - Raises £4.5 million through an oversubscribed placing at 3 pence per share, plus another around £300,000 through directors’ direct subscriptions at the same price. On Thursday, Quadrise said it planned to raise around £3 million. Proceeds of the placing and subscription will provide working capital resources to June 30, 2026, company says. Also announces a retail offer to raise up to £1 million at the same price. Proceeds will be utilised for product and business development, equipment purchases and to strengthen the balance sheet.
