ImmuPharma PLC - London-based specialist drug discovery and development company - Notes recent movements in its share price, as it has more than multiplied nearly five times higher in the last month to 6.03p per share, from 1.21p. The stock surged 94% higher in a single day in early January, to 2.33p, after ImmuPharma reported breakthrough findings in its preclinical research programme focused on P140 and the pathogenesis of autoimmune diseases. ‘ImmuPharma is not aware of any further material commercial or operational reason for the significant share price movements, however, the company will continue to update the market on developments, both commercially and scientifically, when appropriate, over the next period,’ the group says.
