Miotal PLC - targeting acquisition in technology sector, previously called Becket Invest PLC - Pretax loss narrows to £339,187 in the year to September 30 from £2.3 million a year prior. Basic loss per share is 0.4 pence compared to 8.5p. Bottom line befits from absence of warrant expense compared to £2.1 million cost a year ago. Says: ‘The company’s financial position remains stable given that it does not currently generate any income, with available funds to support our immediate initiatives.
