Fiinu PLC - Weybridge, England-based financial technology firm - Raises gross proceeds of £1.3 million through issuing 12.5 million shares at 10 pence per share. Notes that the subscription shares were issued following market demand. Says the funds will be used to develop its Plugin Overdraft product as a white-label offering as well as to provide additional working capital.
