London Finance & Investment Group PLC - London-based investment finance and management company - Proposes to return an estimated 71 pence per share in cash to shareholders. The company had said in December last year it planned to de-list from the London Stock Exchange and Johannesburg Stock Exchange and return cash to its shareholders. Says it will ask shareholders to vote on the proposed return of capital and de-listing plan at a general meeting on March 28.
