Auction Technology Group PLC - London-based auction market operator and technology company - Confirms that Chief Financial Officer Tom Hargreaves will resign on February 28, and that his replacement, Sarah Highfield, will join the board on or before June 1. For the interim period prior to Highfield joining the group, Director of Finance Claire Catling will assume day-to-day responsibility for the Finance function. As previously announced, Hargreaves is stepping down to take up a new position with a private equity-backed company. Highfield has more than fifteen years of listed and private company experience as CFO, chief executive and in other senior financial leadership positions at Elvie, Costa Coffee, Tesco PLC and most recently Away Resorts Ltd.
