Cordiant Digital Infrastructure Ltd - UK-based investor in specialist digital infrastructure - Completes acquisition of Belgian data centres. The company has bought a 47.5% economic interest in DCU Invest NV and the entire share capital of Datacenter United Brussels NV, the owner of the data centre business of Brussels-based Proximus Group. The transactions create a combined group consisting of 13 data centres across 11 locations in Belgium with around 13 megawatts of information technology capacity.
