Auction Technology Group PLC - London-based auction market operator and technology provider - Launches $40 million share buyback programme, starting on Tuesday. The buyback will be run by Numis Securities Ltd and will be completed by the time of the company’s next annual general meeting, which will be in January 2026. Auction Technology says its capital allocation policy continues to prioritise acquisition opportunities and investments for organic growth, but it will return excess capital to shareholders.
