IN BRIEF: Ceres unsure whether to recognise payment for 2024 or 2025

ALN

Ceres Power Holdings PLC - Horsham, England-based clean energy technology developer - Notes there is some uncertainty over whether a £5 million contracted milestone payment should be recognised in 2024 or if it is more appropriate to recognise it in 2025. To remove any uncertainty, Ceres is reverting to its original revenue guidance of £50 million to £60 million for 2024, down from a previous guidance range of £55 million to £60 million it had posted in September. It will publish 2024 results on March 21. For 2023, it had reported revenue of £22.3 million. For just the first half of 2024, Ceres reported revenue of £28.5 million, a surge from £11.7 million a year prior.
