Investment Evolution Credit PLC - London-based provider of online consumer loans - Paul Mathieson returns immediately as chief executive officer and board member, having left the company only at the end of December. Mathieson founded Investment Evolution Credit and served as executive chair and CEO until leaving ‘to pursue other business endeavours’ at the end of last year. Prior to Investment Evolution Credit, Mathieson had founded Mr Amazing Loans in the US in 2008. Investment Evolution Credit on Friday gives no reason for Mathieson’s sudden return. It notes that Mathieson also has entered a consultancy agreement with the company. He has a 35.4% shareholding.
