LondonMetric Property PLC - London-based real estate investment trust - Receives a first time long-term issuer default rating of BBB+ from Fitch Ratings Inc with a stable outlook. Gets senior unsecured rating of A- for existing US private placement notes. Finance Director Martin McGann said: ‘This BBB+ investment grade credit rating reflects the company’s significant scale and strong balance sheet, as well as its alignment to structurally supported sectors and assets that generate reliable, repetitive and growing income.
