Workspace Group PLC - London-based provider of flexible workspace - Says Jessica Berney will take up the role of head of portfolio management and member of the executive committee at the start of July. Berney is responsible for growth of the UK real estate business as a UK strategic partnerships fund manager at Schroders Capital, a division of Schroders PLC. Chief Executive Officer Lawrence Hutchings said: ‘There is a significant long-term structural growth opportunity ahead of us and Jessica will play a critical role in ensuring Workspace is positioned to capture it.
