Funding Circle Holdings PLC - London-based lending platform focused on small and medium enterprises - Announces a further share buyback programme for up to £25 million, to begin after the current programme completes. The current £25 million programme is expected to complete in May. Funding Circle has repurchased around £47.6 million in shares, or 13% of its share capital, over two £25 million share buyback programmes during 2024 and up to Tuesday this week. Shares will be cancelled or held to satisfy awards under the company’s employee share schemes.
