Playtech PLC - Isle of Man-based gambling software developer - Says it will redeem the remaining €150 million of its €350 million bond on June 2, following the completion of its sale of Italy-facing omnichannel operator Snaitech. The firm will repay the balance of its senior secured notes ahead of the bond’s original March 2026 maturity. The redemption will be funded using proceeds from the Snaitech disposal, which completed on April 30.
