Corpay Inc - Atlanta, Georgia business payments and spend management solutions provider - Confirms in relation to recent media speculation that it has been in discussions with Alpha Group International regarding a potential takeover offer for its entire share capital. Alpha is a London-based provider of financial services, including foreign exchange risk management, and is listed on the FTSE 250 index. Corpay has until May 30 to announce a firm intention to make an offer for Alpha, and there is no certainty that an offer will be made. The announcement on Friday was made without the consent of Alpha, Corpay notes.
