Henderson European Trust PLC - Europe-focused investment firm - Says review to solicit shareholder views on its strategic direction is at an advanced stage. The review was launched after Co-Portfolio Managers Tom O’Hara and Jamie Ross resigned from manager Janus Henderson Investors in February. The review involves corporate broker and financial adviser Deutsche Numis to provide advice and manage the process, alongside investment consultant Willis Towers Watson PLC. The trust says the review includes consideration of a proposal from JHI, with a further update to be provided in its half-year results scheduled for June.
